Assessments

Pitchers and Position Players – Complete Movement Assessment for athletes, including, mobility, strength/power, force production, and speed and agility testing (pitchers click here, players click here)

Mobility Rx – Every athlete that receives an Assessment at RPP will automatically also receive an individualized mobility program that they can perform on their own, in addition to their training while at RPP (click here for more details)

Pitching Lab – 4-month comprehensive program (combined pitching / strength) from November through February, 2x per week.  Sessions are in groups of 4 and last between 75 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the activity.  Fixed time slots and no makeups.  Sign-ups begin in mid- to late September (click here for more details)

Pitchers Strength and Conditioning – 8-week programs that run from September through February, 2x per week. Sessions last 60-75 minutes.  Fixed time slots and no makeups (click here for more details)

Program Design – Eligible pitchers (ages 16 and older) can take advantage of a completely individualized and customized monthly strength and conditioning program that they can perform 3-5 days/week at with with floor coach supervision. Flexible time slots (click here for more details)

Video and Biomechanics Review Analysis – RPP’s 4-camera video system is a state-of-the-art technology that captures a pitcher’s delivery from 4 different angles simultaneously. It is an invaluable tool and a big part of how we evaluate a pitcher’s alignment and postural disconnects from both a movement and mechanics standpoint (click here for more details)

Pitching Rx – Every athlete that receives a Video Review and Analysis at RPP is also eligible to purchase a set of Pitching Rx correctives that will help remap their mechanical issues and energy leaks, creating a healthier delivery (click here for more details)

Pitching Lessons – Pitching lessons are available and sessions are 60 minutes long

Position Players

Hitters Rx – 4-month comprehensive program (combined hitting / strength) from November through February, 2x per week.  Sessions are in groups of 4 and they last between 75 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the activity.  Fixed time slots and no makeups. Sign-ups begin in mid- to late September (click here for more details)

Exit Velo Program (combined strength training and hitting program) – An intensive 12-week protocol for players (ages 13-15 and 16+) specifically designed to achieve a “higher exit velo ceiling”.  Sessions are held in groups of up to 6 players at a time (click here and here  and here for more details)

Position Players Strength and Conditioning (no hitting) – 8-week programs that run from September through February, 2x per week .  Sessions last 60-75 minutes.  Fixed time slots and no makeups (click here for more details)

Program Design (monthly programs) – Eligible players (ages 16 and older) can take advantage of a completely individualized and customized monthly strength and conditioning program that they can perform up to 5 days/week on their own at RPP. Flexible time slots (click here for more details)

Speed Development Program – 8-week program offered as a 3rd day in October /November and January / February to existing participants of RPP strength programs (only 1x per week). Fixed time slots and no makeups (click here for details)

Hitting and Fielding Lessons – Hitting and fielding lessons are available and sessions are 45-60 minutes long (click here for more details)
