Team Sports Performance

Whether your sport is baseball, softball, hockey, lacrosse or any other sport for that matter, strength training is a great way to take your team’s performance to the next level.  And there is no better way to do this than with team training. Programs focus on both linear and multi-directional speed and agility as well as power and strength training specific to the needs of the sport. In addition to becoming stronger, faster and more athletic, Team Training helps educate the athletes and build team unity which will undoubtedly carry over to game time.  While at RPP, athletes build crucial social bonds between themselves in a setting completely different than they are used to.

Part 2 - 1

Most athletes experience an increase in strength gains when working out with their teammates due to friendly competition (under the supervision of a certified strength coach) versus if the athlete is to work out alone.

There is a 6 athlete minimum needed to participate in Team Training and we offer Team/Group rates for 8 and 12-week time commitments.

If a child is attending his/her first session at RPP without a parent or guardian, a liability and waiver form must be filled out in its entirety and sent with the child.
