Remote training is generally for older athletes, including high school, college and pro-level players. In order to train on a remote basis with RPP you must:

- Be at least 16 years old (those younger than 16 years of age can only participate in our remote training programs in conjunction with a local strength coach that can assist during the training process)
- Have significant prior weight room experience
- Exhibit proper “movement” during your assessment to safely perform the programming
- Reside at least 60 miles away from our facility in NJ
