- Open Sessions – You attend whichever of the sessions you’d like
- We recommend one day rest in between sessions
- Suggested participation is 2x / week
- Sessions last approximately 55 minutes
- Sessions end Thursday, August 29th
- Weekly Schedule – Mondays through Thursdays
- 6:00 pm
- 7:00 pm
