Remote Training – College Break Program for Pitchers and Players
Every year, collegiate players and pitchers join us during their holiday break for a 4-6 week college winter program to get ready for their upcoming spring season prior to heading back to school. This year, we are also going to offer this program on a REMOTE basis.
If you’re a collegiate player or pitcher going home for the break and would like to show up in January ready to go, then this 1-month program is for you! Our college winter break remote program is all-inclusive and is designed to help prepare athletes for the upcoming season.
Our remote programs include video for every single exercise. In addition, a performance coach will be available to answer any questions or address any issues that come up. Here is a brief summary:
5-days / week Strength and Conditioning (for pitchers and players)
Daily mobility and warm-up routine
5-days / week Throwing Program (for pitchers)
Arm care (for pitchers)
