Hitting Program – Sessions will include the following:

- Warm-up and mobility work
- Dry drills
- Front toss/BP
- Reps
- Video analysis
- Building baseball IQ
- Program Schedule and Details

- 2x per week (16 total sessions)
- Tuesdays at 5-6 pm
- Thursdays at 5-6 pm
- Begins – Tuesday June 20h
- Ends – Thursday August 15th
- No session on Tuesday July 4th
- Sessions are in groups of 3 or less
- 2x per week (16 total sessions)

- No makeups (for snow days or otherwise)
- No rescheduling (if you can’t attend a session please simply attend the next one)
- No credits or refunds for missed sessions
- No exceptions
