Every year we get asked about summer hitting program for high school and youth ball players. This summer we’re offering an OPEN hitting and lifting program (combined) for our youth and high school athletes. It’s a program designed to get you “reps” and given the grueling travel schedule, keep you in great condition all summer.
The hitting sessions will include front toss and machine pitch. You can come as often as your summer schedule allows during the designated open hours listed below. This is a 3-month program for June, July and August.
Ages 16 and older
*** Note: pre-approved for monthly strength training

- Strength – monthly program (up to 5x per week)
13-16 year olds

- Strength – Monday through Thursday from 6-7 pm
