Watching our athletes succeed after all their hard work is a pleasure like no other.  Below is a snapshot of some of the athletes that have trained with us, both in-house and on a remote basis.

Nick Cimillo – With the Pittsburgh Pirates, Batting .289 with 3 HRs

Nick Cimillo recently concluded an outstanding spring training with the Pittsburgh Pirates with a .289 cumulative BA, 11 hits including two 2B, one 3B and three HRs. His three HRs had an average exit velo over 100 mph with 2 of them carrying over 400 feet. How did he do it? Read more…

Andrew Holub – Wake Tech’s Infielder Recent Exit Velo as High as 109 mph

Rising College Sophomore Andrew Holub joined us this summer for the 3-month college hitting development program. Andrew is an infielder who has just finished his first year at Wake Tech Community College in North Carolina. At 6’2” and 215 lbs. he is strong and physical. This past spring, he finished the season with a .335 batting average. His plan for the summer is to elevate the ball a bit more and increase his overall slugging average. He began training in May, and needless to say, a lot has already changed. Andrew recently hit a PR of 109 mph exit velo, his previous peak EV before the summer program was in the mid- to high 90s.  Read more…

Lucas Malave – Outfielder at Catholic University is on Fire

Lucas Malave, sophomore outfielder for nationally ranked Catholic University, is having a heck of a season. Through 27 games played, Lucas is hitting .333 with 7 HR, 28 RBI, 27 R, and 6 SB. While Lucas has always had the ability to see the ball well at the plate, these numbers far surpass his freshman year stats in many ways. How did he do it? Read more…

Connor Roche – Wagner Commit is Batting .667 this Spring

Wagner Baseball commit Connor Roche is on fire this spring at Westwood High in Westwood, New Jersey. Ten games into the spring, he is batting .667 and has a .939 slugging average. He has had at least one hit in every single game with several for extra bases. While his batting average is probably unsustainable, his overall improvement is quite impressive. CJ Orrego – Pace University Commit Batting .435 (vs .226 LY)

Pace University Baseball commit catcher Chris (CJ) Orrego recently finished his final spring season at Wayne Hills High School in NJ. After 62 ABs, he batted .435 (vs .226 LY) and had a .774 slugging average (vs .339 LY). He finished the year with 3x as many hits for extra bases vs. the prior year.  Read more…

Evan Festa – Coronado High 2-Way Player Batting .459 this Spring

Evan Festa , 2-way player from Las Vegas, Nevada (Class of 2024), came to us last September looking to elevate his game and performance on the field. At 5’11″, Evan started his remote training at RPP weighing in at 155 lbs. and expressing a desire to increase his lean body mass, strength and power, and eliminate his pre-existing lower back discomfort. Six months later, Evan is off to a great start this spring with a .459 batting average and no lower back discomfort. How did he do it? Read more…

Jackson Kammen – Gettysburg’s Catcher Exit Velo is up 5-6 mph

Rising College Sophomore, Jackson Kammen joined us this summer for the 3-month college hitting development program. Jackson, a catcher at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, had just finished his freshmen year. At 5’9” and 182 lbs. he is strong and physical. His plan for the summer was to increase his bat speed and exit velocity and generally improve his contact at the plate. He began his summer training in May, and needless to say, a lot has already changed since. Jackson’s bat speed has increased 3 mph while his exit velo now at 91-93, has also increased nearly 5-6 mph.  How did he do it? Read more…
