Our In-season Training begins Monday, March 11th and goes through end of May.
*** Remote training option will be available for all participants.
Details are as follows:

- 12-week program commitment
- New in-season program every 4 weeks
- Flexible training hours (including Sundays)
- You can train anytime during open hours
- Suggested participation is 2-3x / week
- REMOTE Option:
- Given the hectic spring schedule, we’re offering a remote training option for those who can’t make it to RPP
- Monthlies can train in-house, remote or both (hybrid)
- Before deciding to go remote please make sure to speak with the trainers about the type of equipment you would need

- Tuesdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Wednesdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Thursdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Fridays: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturdays: Closed
- Sundays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
