In-season Training Registration (Monthlies)

Our In-season Training begins Monday, March 11th and goes through end of May.

*** Remote training option will be available for all participants. 

Details are as follows:

    • 12-week program commitment
    • New in-season program every 4 weeks
    • Flexible training hours (including Sundays)
    • You can train anytime during open hours
    • Suggested participation is 2-3x / week
    • REMOTE Option:
      • Given the hectic spring schedule, we’re offering a remote training option for those who can’t make it to RPP
      • Monthlies can train in-house, remote or both (hybrid)
      • Before deciding to go remote please make sure to speak with the trainers about the type of equipment you would need

Spring Gym Hours

(Monday, March 11th – Friday, May 31st)

    • Mondays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
    • Tuesdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
    • Wednesdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
    • Thursdays: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
    • Fridays: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
    • Saturdays: Closed
    • Sundays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
