RPP Safety Protocols – COVID-19

Please note the following summary of protocols we have put in place for the safety of our customers:

Guidelines Imposed by New Jersey Governor Murphy (as of July 2nd):

    • 25% of capacity in the gym area (excluding staff members)
    • No waiting areas
    • Class sizes limited to accessible 200 sq. ft. per participant and 6 ft. social distancing

Check-in

    • Every athlete needs to sign-in at entrance for contact tracing purposes, if necessary
    • Every athlete will be subject to a temperature check at entrance (99.5F and higher will not be granted access)

Athlete Responsibility

    • Every athlete entering RPP must be wearing a mask
    • Every athlete entering RPP must sanitize hands at the front desk
    • As always, every athlete is expected to wipe down their equipment after usage

Social Distancing

    • All training is by appointment or scheduled time-slots only
    • Access has been staggered throughout the day to keep capacity usage at low levels
    • Athletes are requested to keep 6′ ft distance at all times, if possible

Staff Symptom Management

    • Masks are mandatory for all staff members at all times
    • There will also be mandatory symptom checks for employees at entrance

Increased Cleaning

    • Facility disinfecting will be occurring throughout the day
    • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the facility
    • We recently invested in a fogging machine and will be fogging the facility at least monthly with FDA approved corona-virus disinfectant

Additional Ventilation

    • We will also open our 2 large bay doors for ventilation as weather permits
