The information we collected and tabulated provided the Coastal coaching staff with a roadmap on developing a customized training program for each athlete. After the visit, we provided…

- Summary report of the assessment, with specific highlights, as well as the prime training focus for each athlete
- Individualized mobility routines for each athlete based on their personal movement screen
- Individualized plyometric programming complete with training phase recommendations to help build explosiveness
- Blueprint programming for individualized strength training, designed to maximize strength and power output
- Individualized video analysis to help prescribe movement correctives
- Follow-up consult session to review how to review and apply the information

Only eight teams get to go to Omaha every year! Needless to say, this is a great accomplishment and once again our congrats to the players and the coaching staff.
