My guest today is Mike Boyle and there is no bigger name in the training world than Mike Boyle. It is a pleasure to sit down and talk shop with one of “the Godfathers” of performance training as well as one of my own biggest inspirations through the years.
- Bullet points for training young athletes
- Energy system work for baseball
- The bilateral / unilateral controversy
Mike is one of the worlds’ foremost educators in the areas of performance training, personal training and athletic rehabilitation. His company Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, founded in 1997, was one of the first for-profit strength and conditioning facilities in the world.
