Our In-season Training begins Monday, March 10th and goes through Friday May 30th.
*** Remote and hybrid training option will be available for all monthly program participants.
Details are as follows:

- 12-week program commitment
- 3 options:
- Strength training and 2x pitching session / 4-wks
- Strength training and 2x hitting session / 4-wks
- Strength training only
- Pitching / Hitting portion
- 2 sessions of either pitching / hitting per 4-week period
- Semi-private sessions (up to 2 or 3 athletes)
- Sessions would need to be scheduled with the front desk (subject to availability)
- Strength portion
- For monthlies, you can train during open hours
- Mondays – Thursdays : 1:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Fridays: 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturdays: Closed
- Sundays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- For monthlies, you can train during open hours
Remote / Hybrid Strength training option:

- Given the hectic spring schedule, we’re offering a remote training option for those who can’t make it to RPP
- Monthlies can train in-house, remote or both (hybrid)
- Before deciding to go remote please make sure to speak with the trainers about the type of equipment you would need
