Our strength programs for older athletes (ages 16 and older) are highly customized and 100% based on an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses specific to his position on the field. The programming is:

- Based on a thorough head-to-toe assessment
- 100% designed around the individual’s strengths and weakness
- Unlimited training sessions (3, 4 or 5x per week)
- Flex time (you can basically come and go as you wish)

Yes we do. We have more than a dozen VBT Push Band units in the facility which are utilized by our athletes all the time during strength training. All of our programs have VBT metrics incorporated into the training. We are big believers in VBT.

Yes they do. Our strength programs fall into three different types:

- Program Design athletes train in a somewhat independent, yet supervised setting. You would need to be eligible and pre-approved for this program (requires complete upfront assessment)
- Group setting of various sizes with strength coach at all times
- Private one-on-one sessions (requires complete upfront assessment)
Here is also a summary by age group:

- Ages 16 and older: Strength training with “Program Design” or private sessions
- Ages 13-16: Strength training with strength coach coach, in private sessions or groups of no larger than 8 participants
- Ages 10-12: Resistance training with strength coach, in private sessions or groups of no larger than 6 participants
