Working on Pronation with “Half Kneeling Club Decells”

Right around mid-December prior to starting bullpens, I like adding this “weighted hold drill” to our strength training programs. Holding on to the club helps the athlete kinesthetically feel what good pronation feels like while helping to strengthen the posterior cuff aiding in good deceleration.
