As a participant you can do either of the two following programs:

- Sessions
- 1x per week on Saturdays
- Begins – Saturday, January 3rd
- Ends – Saturday, March 7th
- 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/28, 3/7
- No sessions on Saturday 2/14 and 2/21 (winter break)
- 8 sessions, 2-hours each session
- Training
- Pitching / Hitting is in groups of 3 or less
- Workouts are in groups of 6 or less
- Sessions last 2 hours
- Time slots are on the registration form below (and are subject to availability)

- No makeups (for snow days or otherwise)
- No rescheduling (if you can’t attend a session please simply attend the next one)
- No refunds for missed sessions
- No exceptions
