16 and older (must be pre-approved)
If you have been pre-approved for our and “16 and older” strength training programs, you can train up to 5x per week at pre-designated time slots. You may also need an assessment depending on when you were last assessed and your playing time since last evaluation.
The program is for June, July and August.
13- 16 year olds
This summer’s in-season strength training program for pitchers and ball players ages 13 – 16 will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6, 7 and 8 pm. (8 pm sessions end 7/25).
You can come to as many sessions as you’d like, although, we generally recommend 2x per week during the in-season period. This is a 12-week program for June, July and August (6/3 through 8/22).
