In Part 1 of this series we touched on a lot of important topics that our 100+ attendees wanted to know about. In Part 2, we keep the ball rollin’ and listen in on discussions about long toss, life in pro ball, and in-season training to name a few.
The subject of long toss can be a controversial one. First up is St. John’s coach Corey Muscara to tell us what he thinks.
It’s always great to hear what a young player does on his way up the ladder. Cleveland Indian’s Rob Kaminsky talks about things he’s learned along the way.
Sometimes talent will only get you so far. Coach Jim Wladyka touches on the importance of character.
Next up is Coach Rob Delaney. After stints with the Twins, Angels, Marlins and Rays, Rob gives us a glimpse into the speed of pro ball.
Last but not least, yours truly talks about the importance of in-season training. Sorry, I’m off to the side so you can’t see my extraordinary mug.
See ya’ in the gym.
