This summer’s in-season strength training program for pitchers and ball players ages 13 – 16 will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5 and 6 pm. Sessions generally last 50-60 minutes.
You can come to as many sessions as you’d like, although, we generally recommend 2x per week during the in-season period. This is a 12-week program for June, July and August (6/5 through 8/25).
