This summer’s in-season strength training program for youth pitchers and ball players (ages 13 – 16) will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm. Sessions generally last 50-60 minutes. You can come to as many sessions as you’d like, although, we generally recommend 2x per week during the in-season period. This is a 3-month program for June, July and August.
