Cancellation Policy:
Rockland Peak Performance requires twenty-four (24) hour notice prior to scheduled appointment should you need to cancel and failure to do so will result in being charged a full session fee.

Expiration Policy:
All purchases have a six month expiration period from the date of purchase, after which unused sessions can no longer be redeemed.

Make-ups/Other:
Private/Semi Private Sessions – All clients must arrange make-ups with their trainer, provided the 24-hour notice is received.

Team/Group Training – NO EXCEPTIONS:
There is a 10% team deposit required to save a time slot (refundable at first session).
Pricing is final.
Athlete must be listed on the RPP roster to participate in Team Training.
Full payment must be received prior to the start of the session.
Sessions are non-refundable.
All sessions expire at the end of pre-designated schedule.
There are no cancellations (other than those by RPP).
Sessions canceled by RPP will be added to the end of the training schedule.
There are No make-ups for missed sessions – No Exceptions

Refund Policy:
There are NO refunds.
Dropping out of a program does not release you from your financial commitment.

Discounts:
There are no discounts, with the exception of the 5% standard family discount (for active members).  An “active member” is any member with a previously purchased non-expired package (not single purchase).  A concurrent family purchase also qualifies for a 5% discount on the second purchase.  There are no family member discounts on Baseball Instruction Programs such Pitching Lab and Hitters Rx, and Team or Group Training.
